The ambience remains warm and inviting, though the dress code felt a bit more casual than on previous visits. The restaurant was packed—reservations are definitely a smart move. 🧑‍🍳 Service Joseph J took care of us, and service was solid throughout the evening. While we didn’t receive garlic rolls or Italian bread like some other tables, what we did get was memorable. 🍴 Food & Drink We came craving veal parmigiana, and Gianni’s delivered. The dish was rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The shrimp scampi was another standout—the fettuccini tasted freshly made, and the garlic butter sauce was perfectly balanced. The salad was crisp and well-dressed, and the garlic rolls we *did* get were absolutely addictive. A glass of chianti rounded out the meal beautifully. 💰 Value Generous portions, authentic flavors, and a well-paced dinner service make Gianni’s a reliable choice. It’s not just about the food—it’s the whole experience. 🌟 Overall Impression Gianni’s continues to earn its reputation as one of our favorite Italian spots in the Fort Lauderdale area. My friend and I had the most delightful lunch today at Gianni's! The food was awesome but the waiter, Lee made sure we had every little thing we wanted. He was fun and attentive and one of the best waiters we ever had. Just a great lunch.The food was as always the best! Always a pleasure to go there.

We’ve been coming to Gianni’s for many years, and it never disappoints. The food is always wonderful — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared every time. The service is equally outstanding, making every visit feel special.This has become our daughter’s absolute favorite restaurant. She looks forward to every meal here and always leaves with a big smile. A special thank you goes to our wonderful server, Rosa. She is always so sweet, genuinely kind, and highly professional. Her warm personality and attentive care truly elevate every visit. Gianni’s is so lucky to have such a fantastic team, and especially someone as exceptional as Rosa. Thank you for the delicious food, excellent service, and for creating such a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely keep coming back! Highly recommended!

First time diner and a totally enjoyable experience. Old style Italian food that was delicious and plentiful. The salad with the meal as well as the caesar($3.50 charge) were enough for two and delicious. The service was impeccable and the restaurant was very comfortable. I guess in season is very very busy. Free parking and no additional charges like those establishments that tack on gratuities for parties of 6 or more. The bread as well was very good including garlic bread. Give it a try

Loved our dinner at Gianni’s in Pompano (on East Atlantic Blvd.)!! The food is deserving of more than 5 stars! Service was also excellent! Chicken Franchese was so delicious! Can’t wait to go back and try other items at this Italian standout. Noise level is high so take that into consideration if that matters to you. Well worth a visit for stellar food and drinks!!

If all you do is eat their house salad and buttery garlic bread, you'll be satisfied. I wouldn't stop there cause everything they offer is so so good. Chef does wonders in that kitchen!

Our first visit to Gianni’s tonight and we were not disappointed! The rolls & bread were fresh and delicious. Our salads both the House & Caesar were surprising and had us really enjoying the flavors and freshness. Then our main course came and they were all top notch. The Seafood Marinara was so full of a perfectly cooked variety of seafood and the pasta was steaming and also cooked to perfection. The Veal Marsala was also cooked to perfection and so very tender as expected along with delicious sauce and also perfectly cooked pasta with beautiful sautéed mushrooms. The third dish was baked Ziti Marinara and our daughter was pleased with the dish it looked terrific. We were so full from the generous portions that we have another meal left over. We wanted to end the night with something a little sweet so we got a Tiramisu to take home. The only reason I did give all 5star is the Atmosphere I gave a 4star due to the proximity of the seating and the noise level was so loud from having that many people in that close of quarters. Our server Nick was excellent very polite and took care of us with zero complaints. He offered all of the specials and was very familiar with the details. We ended up ordering from the main menu but so many delicious sounding options! We would definitely visit again but likely come right at opening for smaller crowds.

The first thimg to hit the table was garlic knots dripping with EVOO and fresh garlic. They were perfect crisp on the outside and pull-apart fluffy on the inside. We had mussels with a garlic red sauce and fried calamari for appetizers. The mussels were perfect. Not that it wasnt good, but ill pass on the calamari next time (just average). The braised lamb shank over fettuccine was Excellent! The gnocchi very good. I especially liked the alfredo sauce with it. The cannoli was not too sweet and the perfect amount of chocolate. It was the best meal we had on vacation and at a very reasonable price with big portions. 👌 It i had to pick a negative, it would only be the stiff chairs, but im not eating the chairs!

It is my first time here and also my birthday. I had a fabulous dinner here and my server was splendid. I believe his name was Artie. We ordered the grilled eggplant, red pepper, and mozzarella appetizer and the shrimp scampi. It was all amazing. I would love to come back.
